This remodel in Farmington, Utah consisted of tearing out the flooring and baseboards on the main level, leveling and fixing cracks in the concrete, installing a new LVP floor, and new baseboards. We painted the entire main level after that was done.
We remodeled the master bathroom as well. We tore out everything in the master bathroom: trim, tile, jetted tub, shower glass, shower surround, vanity, and mirrors. We Moved the shower over to where the jetted tub was making it bigger, and capped off the pipes to where the old shower was. Where the old shower was, we added built-in shelving as a storage option.
A new tile shower with Euro glass door was installed. A new tile floor was installed over the wood substrate. We finished off the bathroom with a new vanity, toilet, shower trim, and lighted mirror. The mirror became the light source with different colors available along with an anti-fogging option on the mirror.
