We recently completed a bathroom in the basement of this home in Kaysville. The homeowners have done a magnificent job of updating their entire home and this bathroom was another success for them. Their daughter recently returned home and wanted a change from the bright colors in the bedroom and the outdated bathroom. After choosing design options for every item in the bathroom it was gutted and ready to be rebuilt. After rearranging the electrical for better functionality the floor and shower were prepped and tiled. Once the tile was all grouted we painted the bathroom and added the vanity with the new countertop. The mirror went in next followed by the new toilet and plumbing fixtures in the shower and sink. We replaced the door knobs in the bathroom and bedrooms and made a new towel hook mount for all of the bathrooms in the house. The bedrooms were painted with Benjamin Moore’s color dove wing along with the bathroom. It was a big change getting rid of the childhood colors of blue and green in the two bedrooms and made a huge difference. The trim all got a fresh coat of paint to freshen it up as well.
