Interior demolition is taking some or all portions of a room, such as a kitchen, apart. It also includes moving or removing a wall while leaving the exterior intact. This process leaves the structure intact.
Selective demolition involves removing specific parts of the home while protecting the remaining structure. This can also include removing carpet or old flooring, drywall, or clearing out an old kitchen and bathroom prior to installation or remodeling of a new kitchen or bathroom. The great news is during this process we also remove and appropriately dispose of the material that was part of the demolition process.

Rosewood has done painting, flooring, upstairs and downstairs, 20 foot wood accent walls and repainted my exterior hardy plank.
