Before another harsh Utah winter rolled in to this mountain home we were able to get a fresh coat of stains and paints on all parts of this home. A coat like this will protect homes from deteriorating for years to come. It is always better to get a maintenance coat on wood before it starts to fall apart. It is much more cost effective and efficient to maintain a home then to replace weathered substrates when they fail.
