Concrete overlay

This high end modern home was built three years ago and had a very plain painted sheetrock fireplace. The homeowners couldn’t help but feel underwhelmed by it and wanted to make it stand out and compliment the style of the home. The other issue they were faced with was that they couldn’t find anyone to help them get the look they wanted until they came across Rosewood.

After going through several sample options with the homeowners we landed on a concrete look and took over from there. We were able to apply an overlay onto the fireplace and completely transform the space. This fireplace is now an impressive eye catcher as you come through the front door. The homeowners exact words when we finished were, “This is exactly what we were looking for all this time.”
