We know quality is important and cutting corners doesn’t leave customers happy. That is why we believe in double coating with finish paint over the primer coat. This allows for excellent uniformity on all surfaces throughout a house.
When building or renovating a house be sure to ask your sub contractors to explain their processes to you. This way you can be sure their quality of work is consistent with your wants and needs. On a custom modern home such as this there is no room for inconsistency in quality. Rosewood has done painting, flooring, upstairs and downstairs, 20 foot wood accent walls and repainted my exterior hardy plank. I will continue to use them in the near future for my windows and doors as well. They have reasonable prices, great customer service and their work is amazing! Ben and Dan were punctual and professional throughout our job. They were immediately responsive when we realized we'd chosen the wrong sheen for our historic home and came up with a good plan to achieve the look we wanted. Dan Bredthauer painted an accent wall in our house. He was very courteous and respectful while in our home. He explained exactly what he was going to do.
